The Winter Symposium is Connecticut’s top horticultural industry event! This is a great opportunity for Exhibitors to meet CNLA members, network with other exhibitors, attend educational programs, and demonstrate new products.
New this year, Attendees can enjoy THREE dedicated education tracks for Growers, Landscapers, and Garden Centers. There is a full day of programing, the CNLA and CNF Annual Meetings, CCH Recipient Recognition, breakfast and lunch, exhibitor breaks, and a raffle! Instead of a Spanish only session this year, CNLA will provide a Spanish translation service for ALL of the education sessions! Attendees will be able to scan a QR code in each room and following along by reading the translation on any WiFi capable device. WiFi will be available at the venue.
All attendees who check in before 10:30am will receive a raffle ticket for the afternoon raffle. Must be present to win.

A More Natural Way to Lead
You’re busy. You are already feeling overloaded. You’d like to build greater capacity in yourself and members of your team, but where would you find the time? In short, you want to take your leadership to the next level, but the question is “How?” You need a fresh and practical blueprint. Jones Loflin says that new approach is built on four words: Grow, Cultivate, Prune, and Harvest.
In this innovative and engaging presentation built on the timeless practices of a gardener, Jones equips leaders to identify where change is needed in their daily activities and take productive action. It’s time to get “growing” and harvest something better for your people and your organization.
