SiteOne Portfolio Collection and New Plant Introductions
SiteOne offers a private label Portfolio brand of new to market plant introductions exclusive to SiteOne as well as high quality specification minimums on common favorites. This presentation will review the current Portfolio Collection offerings as well as introduce future introductions for 2024 and 2025. We will share the beneficial traits of these new cultivars in the landscape.
An Update on Invasive Plants
Connecticut has a renewed effort on combating invasive plants and the laws are changing. Find out what plants have been added to the invasive plant list in CT and discuss plants that may be deemed invasive in the future. Audience participation is appreciated and encouraged!
SiteOne Grounds Tour
Join us for a walking tour of the SiteOne Greenwich nursery location with it’s local leaders where you can see the large greenhouse facility that houses its annual, perennial, and tropical business as well as its nursery sales yard with hundreds of varieties of deciduous and evergreen shrubs and trees. SiteOne will also have landscape lighting demos and information on its exclusive Portfolio branded nursery line of products. Staff will be on hand to answer any questions about it’s facilities and operations.
Legislative Update
Hear from Linda Kowalski, lobbyist from Rome Smith Lutz and Kowalski about current legislative issues. Linda will be joined by legislators from districts across Connecticut.
Vendor Showcase
The vendors will have a few minutes at the podium to showcase their latest products and services to attendees.
