CANP is Now the Connecticut Certified Horticulturist Program!

The Connecticut Nursery and Landscape Association is excited to announce the new name of our industry certification program! The Connecticut Accredited Nursery Professional (CANP) program is now the Connecticut Certified Horticulturist (CCH) program! The name was changed to align with similar accreditations across the New England area and better reflect the diverse nature of the green industry in Connecticut. While the name has changed, CCH will retain the existing standards and curriculum. Professionals who currently carry the CANP designation are encouraged to update their title to Connecticut Certified Horticulturist. CNLA strives to adapt to the changing landscape of the green industry and is excited to continue offering this valuable certification, rebranded to better represent the skills and careers of industry workers across Connecticut.
